I bring my passion for wellness, and love of helping people, to each interaction with my patients. My approach involves careful listening to gain an understanding of your whole health rather than only individual complaints.

I graduated from the National College of Natural Medicine in 2014. The following year I completed a residency where I saw a broad variety of patient complaints and used a range of treatment modalities ranging from diet management to pharmaceutical intervention. My patients range from primary-care to adjunctive therapy for chronic disease, including metabolic, endocrine, and digestive issues.

When not pursuing my passion for patient care, I spend my time hiking, camping, rock climbing, and cooking.
