Dr. Hayley Jensen, ND, L.Ac.

Naturopathic Doctor and Acupuncturist

I am a board-certified naturopathic doctor and licensed acupuncturist focusing on integrative healing. I help patients identify the obstacles that prevent physiological ease (i.e. the state of dis-ease). I use modalities of western and eastern lineage-based studies to help patients cultivate a deeper trust in their own bodies, and to walk through life with greater self-compassion, awareness, and empowerment in their health journey.

I have come to understand dis-ease as an innate response to imbalance in the body, a way our life-force seeks to find equilibrium within. My goal is to create a comprehensive treatment plan that can support the body, heart, and mind in restoring harmony on its own terms.

My approach lives at the intersection of neuro-immune, adaptive physiology and eastern medical philosophy. I explore how our internal terrain is shaped by environmental, social, and neural-regulatory forces, guided by the ancient principle of “as-within, so-without.” The paths each of us has walked led us to this moment. And if this moment carries pain, suffering, or discomfort, the adaptive intelligence itself becomes our guide toward health.

Drawing from both western and eastern lineage-based studies, I alchemize these teachings to help patients cultivate a deeper trust in their own bodies; to walk through life with greater self-compassion, awareness, and empowerment in their health journey.
